We want you to love your Berties. If something's not right, here's how we sort it out.

Returns

Changed your mind? No stress — you've got 14 days from delivery to return your order for a full refund.

To be eligible:
- Shorts must be unworn and unwashed
- All original tags still attached
- Items returned in original condition

Return shipping is on you. Once we receive and inspect the return, we'll process your refund to the original payment method within 5 business days.

Exchanges

Wrong size? Your first exchange is on us — we'll cover the shipping both ways. Just let us know what size you need and we'll get the new pair out as soon as we receive the original.

After your first exchange, standard return shipping applies.

Craftsmanship Guarantee

We spent two years getting these shorts right, and we stand behind every pair. If the stitching comes loose, the hardware fails, or the quality lets you down in any way that isn't normal wear and tear — we'll make it right. Repair, replace, or refund. No time limit on this one.

How to Start a Return or Exchange

Email us at admin@bertiescollective.com with your order number and whether you'd like a return or exchange. We'll get back to you within 24 hours with instructions.

A Few Things to Note

- Sale items are final sale unless faulty
- We can't accept returns on items that have been worn, washed, or altered
- Refunds don't include the original shipping cost
- International returns follow the same policy — return shipping is the customer's responsibility
